Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rochasdivinemart.com or LiveChat. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, which you can use to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any item(s) that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that were purchased from a third-party retailer.
